Sec. 759. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to revoke an exception made— (1) pursuant to the final rule of the Department of Agriculture entitled “Exceptions to Geographic Areas for Official Agencies Under the USGSA” (68 Fed. Reg. 19137 (April 18, 2003)); and (2) on a date before April 14, 2017.
