SEC. 4. MEMBERSHIP.
Section 70903(a) of title 36, United States Code, is amended—
(1) by striking “corporation” and inserting “FFA”; and
(2) by striking “as provided in the bylaws” and inserting “as provided in the constitution or bylaws of the FFA”.
