SEC. 203. [42 U.S.C. 300j–1 note] NATIONAL CENTER FOR GROUND WATER RESEARCH. The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, acting through the Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Laboratory, is authorized to reestablish a partnership between the Laboratory and the National Center for Ground Water Research, a university consortium, to conduct research, training, and technology transfer for ground water quality protection and restoration. No funds are authorized by this section.
