SEC. 825. PILOT PROGRAM TO ACCELERATE CONTRACTING AND PRICING PROCESSES. Section 890 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115-232; 132 Stat. 1919; 10 U.S.C. 2306a note) is amended— (1) by striking subsection (b); (2) by redesignating subsections (c) and (d) as subsections (b) and (c), respectively; (3) in subsection (b), as redesignated by paragraph (2), by striking “and an assessment of whether the program should be continued or expanded”; and (4) in subsection (c), as so redesignated, by striking “January 2, 2021” and inserting “January 2, 2023”.
