FUNDING FOR DEFENSE RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS.

SEC. 882. FUNDING FOR DEFENSE RESEARCH ACTIVITIES OF SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Not later than March 1, 2020, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on funds or other assistance made available to small business concerns (as defined under section 3 of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 632)) as prime contractors for research, development, test, and evaluation activities, in each of fiscal years 2017, 2018, and 2019 under any— (1) research, development, test, and evaluation programs of the Department of Defense; (2) Small Business Innovation Research programs of the Department of Defense; (3) Small Business Technology Transfer programs of the Department of Defense; and (4) other relevant activities of the Department of Defense.
