SEC. 563. FIRST MODIFICATION OF ELEMENTS OF REPORT ON THE IMPROVED TRANSITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. Section 552(b)(4) of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Public Law 115-232)is amended by adding at the end the following: “(E) The evaluation of the Secretary regarding the effectiveness of the Transition Assistance Program for all members of the Armed Forces. “(F) The evaluation of the Secretary regarding the effectiveness of the Transition Assistance Program specifically for female members of the Armed Forces.” .
