REPORT ON CYBERSECURITY ACTIVITIES WITH TAIWAN.

SEC. 1260B. REPORT ON CYBERSECURITY ACTIVITIES WITH TAIWAN. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report on the following: (1) The feasibility of establishing a high-level, interagency United States-Taiwan working group for coordinating responses to emerging issues related to cybersecurity. (2) A discussion of the Department of Defense’s current and future plans to engage with Taiwan in cybersecurity activities. (3) A discussion of obstacles encountered in forming, executing, or implementing agreements with Taiwan for cybersecurity activities. (4) Any other matters the Secretary of Defense determines should be included.
