SEC. 1284. [22 U.S.C. 8784 note] RULE OF CONSTRUCTION RELATING TO THE USE OF MILITARY FORCE. Nothing in this Act, or any amendment made by this Act, may be construed to authorize the use of military force, including the use of military force against Iran or any other country.
