SEC. 1760. MILITARY TYPE CERTIFICATION FOR LIGHT ATTACK EXPERIMENTATION AIRCRAFT. The Secretary of the Air Force shall make available and conduct military type certifications for light attack experimentation aircraft as needed, pursuant to the Department of Defense Directive on Military Type Certificates, 5030.61.
