REGULATIONS.
SEC. 215. [42 U.S.C. 1382 note] REGULATIONS.
Within 3 months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Commissioner of Social Security shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to implement the amendments made by this subtitle.
