SEC. 3114. CLARIFICATION OF CERTAIN STOCKPILE RESPONSIVENESS PROGRAM OBJECTIVES. Section 4220(c) of the Atomic Energy Defense Act (50 U.S.C. 2538b(c)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (3), by striking “capabilities required, including prototypes” and inserting “capabilities as required, such as through the use of prototypes”; and (2) in paragraph (6)— (A) by striking “in consultation with the Director of National Intelligence” and inserting “in coordination with the Director of National Intelligence”; and (B) by inserting “if needed to meet intelligence requirements” after “foreign countries”.
