SEC. 3505. GENERAL SUPPORT PROGRAM. Section 51501 of title 46, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: “(c) American Maritime Centers of Excellence.—The Secretary shall designate each State maritime academy as an American Maritime Center of Excellence.” .
