SEC. 6422. REPEAL OF DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY INTELLIGENCE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AND BUDGET REPORTING REQUIREMENT. Section 214 of the Department of Energy Organization Act (42 U.S.C. 7144a) is amended— (1) by striking “(a)”; and (2) by striking subsections (b) and (c).
