SEC. 6726. REPEAL OF CERTAIN REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. (a) Correcting Long-Standing Material Weaknesses.—Section 368 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 (Public Law 110-259; 50 U.S.C. 3051 note) is hereby repealed. (b) Interagency Threat Assessment and Coordination Group.—Section 210D of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 (6 U.S.C. 124k) is amended— (1) by striking subsection (c); and (2) by redesignating subsections (d) through (i) as subsections (c) through (h), respectively; and (3) in subsection (c), as so redesignated— (A) in paragraph (8), by striking “; and” and inserting a period; and (B) by striking paragraph (9). (c) Inspector General Report.—Section 8H of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended— (1) by striking subsection (g); and (2) by redesignating subsections (h) and (i) as subsections (g) and (h), respectively.
