REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
SEC. 7233. [21 U.S.C. 2333] REGULATORY AUTHORITY. Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the President shall issue such regulations as are necessary to carry out this title, including guidance with respect to what activities are included under the definition of “opioid trafficking” under section 7203(8).
