SEC. 7127. SENSE OF CONGRESS ON IDENTIFICATION AND BLOCKING OF PROPERTY OF NORTH KOREAN OFFICIALS. It is the sense of Congress that the President should— (1) encourage international collaboration to counter the money laundering, terrorist financing, and proliferation financing threats emanating from North Korea; and (2) prioritize multilateral efforts to identify and block— (A) any property owned or controlled by a North Korean official; and (B) any significant proceeds of kleptocracy by the Government of North Korea or a North Korean official.
