SEC. 3513. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
To carry out this chapter, there are authorized to be appropriated $16,000,000 for fiscal year 1992 and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 1993 and 1994.[42 U.S.C. 11823]
