SEC. 836. STATE EMPLOYEE AND TRAINING STANDARDS.
Section 11(e)(6) of the Food Stamp Act of 1977 (7 U.S.C. 2020(e)(6)) is amended—
(1) by striking “that (A) the” and inserting ``that—
“(A) the”
;
(2) by striking “Act; (B) the” and inserting ``Act; and
“(B) the”
;
(3) in subparagraph (B), by striking “United States Civil Service Commission” and inserting “Office of Personnel Management”; and
(4) by striking subparagraphs (C) through (E).
