SEC. 538. Of the funds appropriated to the Department of Homeland Security, the following funds are hereby rescinded from the following accounts and programs in the specified amounts: Provided, That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Public Law 99-177): (1) $91,000,000 from Public Law 116-6 under the heading ā€œCustoms and Border Protection—Operations and Supportā€. (2) $38,000,000 from Public Law 116-6 under the heading ā€œā€Æā€˜Customs and Border Protection—Procurement, Construction and Improvementsā€. (3) $20,000,000 from Public Law 115-141 under the heading ā€œCustoms and Border Protection—Procurement, Construction, and Improvementsā€. (4) $5,000,000 from Public Law 115-141 under the heading ā€œCoast Guard—Research, Development, Test, and Evaluationā€. (5) $42,379,000 from Public Law 116-6 under the heading ā€œTransportation Security Administration—Operations and Supportā€. (6) $5,764,000 from Public Law 116-6 under the heading ā€œTransportation Security Administration—Procurement, Construction and Improvementsā€.
