SEC. 238. Of the unobligated balances available in the “Nonrecurring Expenses Fund” established in section 223 of division G of Public Law 110-161, $225,000,000, shall be available during the period of availability of the Fund for acquisition of real property, equipment, construction, demolition, installation, renovation of facilities, moving expenses, and related infrastructure improvements for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Chamblee Campus.
