SEC. 723. SCHOOL BREAKFAST PROGRAM AUTHORIZATION. (a) Training and Technical Assistance in Food Preparation.—Section 4(e)(1)(B) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1773(e)(1)(B)) is amended by striking the second sentence. (b) Expansion of Program; Startup and Expansion Costs.— (1) In general.—Section 4 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 (42 U.S.C. 1773) is amended by striking subsections (f) and (g). (2) Effective date.—The amendments made by paragraph (1) shall become effective on October 1, 1996.
