SEC. 502. REPEAL OF ANNUAL FEE ON HEALTH INSURANCE PROVIDERS.
(a) [26 U.S.C. 4001 note] In General.—Subtitle A of title IX of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is amended by striking section 9010.
(b) [26 U.S.C. 4001 note] Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall apply to calendar years beginning after December 31, 2020.
