SEC. 1034. [21 U.S.C. 1534] TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING. (a) In General.— (1) Technical assistance and agreements.—With respect to any grant recipient or other organization, the Administrator may— (A) offer technical assistance and training; and (B) enter into contracts and cooperative agreements. (2) Coordination of programs.—The Administrator may facilitate the coordination of programs between a grant recipient and other organizations and entities. (b) Training.—The Administrator may provide training to any representative designated by a grant recipient in— (1) coalition building; (2) task force development; (3) mediation and facilitation, direct service, assessment and evaluation; or (4) any other activity related to the purposes of the Program.
