Safe Schools and Citizenship Education For carrying out activities authorized by subparts 2 and 3 of part F of title IV of the ESEA, $210,000,000: Provided, That $105,000,000 shall be available for section 4631, of which up to $5,000,000, to remain available until expended, shall be for the Project School Emergency Response to Violence (Project SERV) program: Provided further, That $25,000,000 shall be available for section 4625: Provided further, That $80,000,000 shall be available through December 31, 2020, for section 4624, of which $6,000,000 shall be for additional two-year extension awards to grantees that received such awards in fiscal year 2018.
