Advanced Research Projects Agency For Department of Energy expenses necessary in carrying out the activities authorized by section 5012 of the America COMPETES Act (Public Law 110-69), $425,000,000, to remain available until expended: Provided, That of such amount, $35,000,000 shall be available until September 30, 2021, for program direction.
