SEC. 8101. EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION FOR ANNUAL BASE FUNDING OF FISH RECOVERY PROGRAMS; REMOVAL OF CERTAIN REPORTING REQUIREMENT. Section 3(d) of Public Law 106-392 (114 Stat. 1604; 126 Stat. 2444) is amended— (1) by striking paragraph (1) and inserting the following: “(1) Authorization of appropriations.— “(A) In general.—There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to be used by the Bureau of Reclamation to make the annual base funding contributions to the Recovery Implementation Programs $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2023. “(B) Nonreimursable funds.—The funds contributed to the Recovery Implementation Programs under subparagraph (A) shall be considered a nonreimbursable Federal expenditure.” ; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh sentences.
