SEC. 784. (a) Designation.—The Federal building located at 1636 East Alisal Street, Salinas, California, shall be known and designated as the “Sam Farr United States Crop Improvement and Protection Research Center”. (b) References.—Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the Federal building referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the “Sam Farr United States Crop Improvement and Protection Research Center”.
