SEC. 526. (a) Funding provided in this Act for “Operations and Support” may be used for minor procurement, construction, and improvements. (b) For purposes of subsection (a), “minor” refers to end items with a unit cost of $250,000 or less for personal property, and $2,000,000 or less for real property.
