SEC. 435. transfer authority to federal highway administration for the national parks and public land legacy restoration fund. Funds made available or allocated in this Act or the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260) to the Department of the Interior or the Department of Agriculture that are subject to the allocations and limitations in 54 U.S.C. 200402(e)and prohibitions in 54 U.S.C. 200402(f)may be further allocated or reallocated to the Federal Highway Administration for transportation projects of the covered agencies defined in 54 U.S.C. 200401(2).
