SEC. 101. COVERED PERIODS FOR AFFECTED FOREIGN INSTITUTIONS. Section 3510(e) of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (20 U.S.C. 1001 note) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1)(B)(ii), by striking “2022” and inserting “2023”; and (2) in paragraph (2), by striking “subparagraph (B)(i)” and inserting “paragraph (1)(B)(i)”.
