SEC. 302. EXPANDING PRACTITIONERS ELIGIBLE TO FURNISH TELEHEALTH SERVICES. Section 1834(m) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395m(m)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “(described in section 1842(b)(18)(C))” and inserting “(as defined in paragraph (4)(E))”; and (2) in paragraph (4)(E), by inserting “and, for the 151-day period beginning on the first day after the end of the emergency period described in section 1135(g)(1)(B), shall include a qualified occupational therapist (as such term is used in section 1861(g)), a qualified physical therapist (as such term is used in section 1861(p)), a qualified speech-language pathologist (as defined in section 1861(ll)(4)(A)), and a qualified audiologist (as defined in section 1861(ll)(4)(B))” after “section 1842(b)(18)(C)”.
