541.The matter preceding the first proviso under the heading “Department of Commerce—National Telecommunications and Information Administration—Broadband Connectivity Fund” in title II of division J of Public Law 117-58 is amended by striking for grants for the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program, as authorized under section 905(c) of division N of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260), as amended by section 60201 of division F this Act and inserting for purposes of the Tribal Broadband Connectivity Program, as authorized under section 905(c) of division N of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 (Public Law 116-260), as amended by section 60201 of division F of this Act, of which up to two percent shall be for administrative costs: Provided, That amounts repurposed pursuant to this section that were previously designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 4112(a) of H. Con. Res. 71 (115th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2018, and to section 251(b) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 are designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 4001(a)(1) and section 4001(b) of S. Con. Res. 14 (117th Congress), the concurrent resolution on the budget for fiscal year 2022.
