226.Of the funds made available for defense-related activities under the heading “Coast Guard—Operations and Support”, up to $190,000,000 that are used for enduring overseas missions in support of the global fight against terrorism may be reallocated by program, project, and activity, notwithstanding section 503 of this Act.
