131.availability of coins collected from fountains for maintenance operations.Section 504 of Public Law 110-437 (as codified at 2 U.S.C. 2273) is amended in subsection (c) by adding before the period at the end of the first sentence the following: , and maintaining fountains under the jurisdiction of the Architect of the Capitol.
