NATIONAL RESOURCE CENTER ON WORKPLACE RESPONSES TO ASSIST VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE.
SEC. 702. NATIONAL RESOURCE CENTER ON WORKPLACE RESPONSES TO ASSIST VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE.
Section 41501 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (34 U.S.C. 12501) is amendedâ
(1) in subsection (a)â
(A) by inserting âand sexual harassmentâ after âdomestic and sexual violenceâ; and
(B) by striking âemployers and labor organizationsâ and inserting âemployers, labor organizations, and victim service providersâ; and
(2) in subsection (b)(3), by striking âand stalkingâ and inserting âstalking, and sexual harassmentâ;
(3) in subsection (c)(1), by inserting âor sexual harassmentâ before the period at the end;
(4) in subsection (c)(2)(A), by inserting âor sexual harassmentâ after âsexual violenceâ;
(5) by redesignating subsections (e) and (f) as subsections (f) and (g), respectively;
(6) by inserting after subsection (d) the following:
â(e) Pathways to Opportunity Pilot Project.âAn eligible nonprofit nongovernmental entity or tribal organization that receives a grant under this section may develop a plan to enhance the capacity of survivors to obtain and maintain employment,
including through the implementation of a demonstration pilot program to be known as âPathways to Opportunityâ, which shallâ
â(1) build collaborations between and among victim service providers, workforce development programs, and educational and vocational institutions to provide trauma informed programming to support survivors seeking employment; and
â(2) be centered around culturally specific organizations or organizations that primarily serve populations traditionally marginalized in the workplace.â

(7) in subsection (f), as so redesignated, by striking â$1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018â and inserting â$2,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027â.
