SEC. 402. CLARIFICATION OF CERTAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE. Section 102A(f)(8) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 3024(f)(8)) is amended by striking “such other functions” and inserting “such other intelligence-related functions”.
