DEFINITION.
SEC. 716. [50 U.S.C. 2351 nt] DEFINITION.
For purposes of this subtitle, the term “intelligence community” shall have the meaning given such term in section 3(4) of the National Security Act of 1947 (50 U.S.C. 401a(4)).
