SEC. 232. SCENIC AND AESTHETIC CONSIDERATIONS.
In conducting studies of potential water resources projects, the Secretary shall consider measures to preserve and enhance scenic and aesthetic qualities in the vicinity of such projects.[33 U.S.C. 2284b]
