SEC. 2. ELIMINATION OF THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS. Section 2255 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (b) and inserting the following: “(b) Statute of Limitations.—There shall be no time limit for the filing of a complaint commencing an action under this section.” .
