SEC. 127. (a) During the period covered by this Act, section 9106(g)(2) of Public Law 111-11 (Omnibus PublicLand Management Act of 2009) shall be applied by substituting “2023” for “2022”. (b) During the period covered by this Act, section 104(c) of the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of 1991 (43 U.S.C. 2214(c)) shall be applied by substituting “2023” for “2022”. (c) During the period covered by this Act, section 301 of the Reclamation States Emergency Drought Relief Act of 1991 (43 U.S.C. 2241) shall be applied by substituting “2023” for “2022”.
