SEC. 103. EXTENSION OF INCREASED FMAPS FOR THE TERRITORIES. Section 1905(ff) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396d(ff)) is amended by striking “December 13” each place it appears and inserting “December 16” in each such place.
