SEC. 4. PAYMENT TO WIDOWS AND HEIRS OF DECEASED MEMBERS OF CONGRESS. There is hereby appropriated for fiscal year 2023, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for payment to Colette Wallace McEachin, beneficiary of Aston Donald McEachin, late a Representative from the Commonwealth of Virginia, $174,000.
