SEC. 318. CLARIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT FOR DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE RELATING TO RENEWABLE BIOMASS AND BIOGAS. Section 2924 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (6)— (A) by redesignating subparagraphs (D) through (I) as subparagraphs (E) through (J), respectively; and (B) by inserting after subparagraph (C) the following new subparagraph (D): “(D) Biogas.” ; and (2) by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: “(7) The term ‘biomass’ has the meaning given the term ‘renewable biomass’ in section 211(o)(1) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(o)(1)). “(8) The term ‘biogas’ means biogas as such term is used in section 211(o)(1)(B)(ii)(V) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(o)(1)(B)(ii)(V)).” .
