SEC. 326. [10 U.S.C. 2701 note] GUIDANCE AND TARGET GOAL RELATING TO FORMERLY USED DEFENSE SITES PROGRAMS. (a) Guidance Relating to Site Prioritization.—The Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy, Installations, and Environment shall issue guidance setting forth how, in prioritizing sites for activities funded under the “Environmental Restoration Account, Formerly Used Defense Sites” account established under section 2703(a)(5) of title 10, United States Code, the Assistant Secretary shall weigh the relative risk or other factors between Installation Restoration Program sites and Military Munitions Response Program sites. (b) Target Goal for Military Munitions Response Program.—The Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy, Installations, and Environment shall establish a target goal for the completion of the cleanup of all Military Munitions Response Program sites.
