SEC. 231. MODIFICATION TO ANNUAL REPORTS OF THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONAL TEST AND EVALUATION. Section 139(h)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by inserting “or controlled unclassified” after “classified”; and (2) by striking “submit an unclassified version of the report to Congress” and inserting “submit to Congress a version of the report that is unclassified and does not require safeguarding or dissemination controls”.
