SEC. 821. REPEAL OF REQUIREMENT FOR INSPECTOR GENERAL OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE TO CONDUCT CERTAIN REVIEWS. Section 847(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110-181; 10 U.S.C. 1701 note) is amended— (1) by striking “Requirement.—” and all that follows through “Each request” and inserting “Requirement.—Each request”; and (2) by striking paragraph (2).
