SEC. 824. [25 U.S.C. 4243] AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Housing and Urban Development for grants under this title such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005.
