SEC. 642. EXTENSION OF PARENT FEE DISCOUNT TO CHILD CARE EMPLOYEES. Section 1793 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: “(d) Child Care Employee Discount.—The Secretary of Defense may, to support recruitment and retention initiatives, charge a child care employee, whose child attends a military child development center, a reduced fee for such attendance.” .
