SEC. 501. REPEAL OF PROVISIONS RELATING TO INDIAN HOUSING ASSISTANCE UNDER UNITED STATES HOUSING ACT OF 1937. (a) Repeal of Title II.—Title II of the United States Housing Act of 1937 (42 U.S.C 1437aa et seq.) is hereby repealed. (2) Public housing youth sports.—Section 520 of the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 11903a) is amended— * * * * * * * (3) Allocation of funds.—Section 213(d)(1)(B)(ii) of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974 (42 U.S.C. 1439) is amended by striking “and Indian”.
