SEC. 528. [10 U.S.C. 7013 note] GENDER-NEUTRAL FITNESS PHYSICAL READINESS STANDARDS FOR MILITARY OCCUPATIONAL SPECIALTIES OF THE ARMY. Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Army shall— (1) establish gender-neutral physical readiness standards that ensure soldiers can perform the duties of their respective military occupational specialties; and (2) provide to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a briefing describing the methodology used to determine the standards established under paragraph (1).
